Fair Haven Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving cancer patients and their families. We provide temporary housing to cancer patients who must travel to Indianapolis to undergo long-term treatment at the IU Simon Cancer Center. Patients come from across Indiana, across the country, and across the globe to be treated in downtown Indianapolis. Not only are these patients facing a battle with a serious illness, they are also dealing with the very practical, emotional, and financial challenges of leaving their homes, jobs, and loved ones behind for one to three months of cancer treatment. The mission of Fair Haven Foundation (FHF) is to reach out to these patients and their families with compassion and with practical assistance. We provide furnished, downtown apartments for patients and their families at no cost to them. FHF is operated solely by volunteers and is supported by local churches, businesses, individuals, and private grants.
