Fair Haven's apartments are located on the campus of the IU Medical Center. They are leased from a private apartment complex, Lockefield Gardens Apartments. Each apartment consists of one bedroom and bath, a living/dining area, and a full kitchen. Apartments are fully furnished, including two twin beds and a roll-away bed or sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a washer/dryer inside each apartment. Dishes, cookware, bed and bath linens, cable and internet service are also provided. Conveniently located near the apartment complex are two shopping centers that include several restaurants, fast food, Starbucks Coffee, a bank/ATM, a dollar store with limited grocery items, video rental, dry cleaning, and other amenities.
